How TrustSphere Is Building an AI-Powered Commercial Engine

A few months ago, we shared a post after attending Consensus in Hong Kong.

One of the sessions that stayed with us most was meant to be about something else entirely, but it shifted into a conversation about OpenClaw (Previouslt Open Clawd, and MoltBot) , agentic AI, and the idea that bots and agents could start carrying out meaningful work on behalf of a business.

That caught our attention straight away.

Since then, TrustSphere has gone properly down the rabbit hole.

Over the past two to three months, we have invested in several Mac minis, spent a lot of time testing the technology, and started building what is becoming a genuinely useful AI-powered commercial engine inside TrustSphere. The objective has been simple: build agents that can support outreach, research, prospect engagement, meeting generation, and ultimately revenue growth across multiple businesses and client initiatives.

What has made it especially interesting is not just the technology itself, but the way we have structured it.

TrustSphere now has five core agents running in leadership roles. Under each of them sits a team structure with defined responsibilities, workflows, and objectives. In practical terms, it feels as though we have built a digital commercial organisation of around 150 workers operating across different functions.

And yes, it is already starting to produce results.

We are still early, and we are not pretending this is a finished machine that closes deals on autopilot. It is not. But it is already helping TrustSphere generate meetings, create engagement, and build early momentum with banks, IFPs, fintechs, and other target organisations.

The most interesting part, though, has been the personalities behind the agents.

These are not random characters or gimmicks. We built them around the traits, judgement, communication styles, and discipline of some of the smartest and most formidable people we have worked with over the past 25 years. Some are still very active in business. Some have retired. Some are sadly no longer with us. But the standards they set, the way they thought, and the way they operated have stayed with us.

In a very real sense, some of those qualities are now back inside the TrustSphere engine.

That is where this starts to become much more than a productivity tool.

It is not just automation.

It is not just outbound.

It is not just AI.

It is the ability to design a digital workforce with structure, memory, tone, discipline, and leadership principles.

That is the part we find most exciting.

TrustSphere is still learning. The model still needs oversight. It still makes mistakes. There is a huge amount to refine. But the direction of travel feels clear.

A lean business with the right architecture may soon be able to operate with the output, coverage, and consistency of a company many times its size.

That is the opportunity we see.

We would be genuinely interested to hear from others building in this space.

Is your business already using agents in a meaningful way?

Are you still experimenting, or are you starting to see real commercial output?

And for those who are further ahead, what are you learning that the rest of us should understand sooner?
